If no appointments appear for scheduling, standby status is not currently available at this clinic. Please try a different search or check back later.
Please arrive between 4 and 4:15pm on the date of your scheduled standby appointment.
A scheduled appointment date is required for standby status.
When you arrive at the Cottage Health Vaccination Clinic, let the parking attendant know you are there as a “Standby” appointment.
It may take until 5pm to know if vaccines are available on your appointment date.
If you arrive and you do not receive a vaccine on your standby appointment date, we will schedule your vaccination for our next available clinic day.

Instructions:

Click on an available date and time below.
On the next page, enter “COVID Vaccine” as your Reason for Visit and click “CONTINUE”
If you have a Cottage MyChart account, “LOG IN,” otherwise click “CONTINUE” as a guest.
You will be asked to provide your patient information and click “NEXT.” Please use the PATIENT's information.
Once you see the page that says, “Your appointment is scheduled” the process is complete.

Information:
The Pfizer vaccine is currently authorized for individuals age 16 and over.

Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian to provide consent for vaccination at the appointment.

Past covid treatment or recent exposure:
If you have received monoclonal antibodies (Bamlanivimab or Casirivimab/Imdevimab) for the treatment of COVID-19 in the past 90 days, before scheduling an appointment please contact your physician to discuss whether you should receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Persons who have had a known COVID-19 exposure should not seek vaccination until their quarantine period has ended, to avoid potentially exposing healthcare personnel and other persons to COVID-19 during the vaccination visit.

Second dose instructions:
The Cottage Health Drive-Up Vaccine Clinic is only administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. If your first dose was the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, please schedule your second dose with an organization administering Moderna vaccinations.

If you receive the Pfizer vaccine from Cottage Health, you will receive an email when it is time to schedule your second dose. Please ensure that you schedule your second dose of Pfizer at least 17 days after your first dose of COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine. The recommended interval between doses is approximately 3-6 weeks, no earlier than 17 days.
